VINYASA


Vinyasa consists of a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. This style of flow is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States.

BEACH YOGA


Our studio is a few minutes from the sandy beach. Unwind from your busy day and join us for sunset meditation and yoga. Every class starts at different times throughout the year depending on the sunset, so check our calendar for updated times.

HOT YOGA

90-minute class consisting of a sequence of 26 poses taught in a heated room for optimal sweat. Make sure to over-hydrate 24 hours prior to the class, bring a beach towel and plenty of water, and be prepared to sweat.

PRENATAL YOGA


Yoga is beneficial for all stages of life, including pregnancy. Research suggests that women who practice prenatal yoga can improve their sleep, reduce anxiety, and improve the muscles and endurance needed during childbirth.

BARRE CLASSES


Barre workouts benefit the body by targeting the core and training muscles to work correctly. Students have seen an improvement in their posture, flexibility, and endurance. This low injury, fun class is great for people who want to tone and shape up quickly.

PILATES


Take a break from yoga and truly relax your body while elongating and toning lean muscles. Pilates focuses on bettering the entire body rather than focusing on one specific muscle and helps build supportive muscles for a stronger inner and outer frame.
